Hello, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my most recent visit to a Valvoline location. I live in Massachusetts and have been a loyal Valvoline customer for nearly two years. Every winter, I make sure all of my vehicles are properly prepared, and over the last two days alone, I spent nearly $1,000 on oil changes and fluid replacements for all four of my cars.
