One of the best Valvoline locations I’ve been to. Jeff was awesome. He replaced my cabin air filter, which clearly had been neglected at prior services.
This is the place for an oil change. They don't try to gouge you with parts that still have life. Nice people! I am sold!
My visit was for an oil change. Dan, Jeff, and Kelley were so friendly and helpful; Dan noticed my worn wipers and let me know wiper replacement was a service they offered. I didn't know that, and YES, my wipers were awful and I hadn't taken the time to get them changed out becz I thought that meant an extra stop. The entire team was professional and friendly and efficient and the visit took ten minutes. Give them a try!
Hello, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my most recent visit to a Valvoline location. I live in Massachusetts and have been a loyal Valvoline customer for nearly two years.
