I am blown away by the incredible level of customer service I just received at your Edina Southdale location. The best customer service I've had in years. Karena and (new employee whose name I forgot, sorry) could not have been more informative, professional and kind. Simply the trifecta of customer service. As a first-time client, I promise you that you have a new lifelong client. Don't change a thing that you do! It was that perfect!

They over tighten plastic covers to avoid you coming back from it leaking. Only problem is when you over tighten plastic it breaks, causing leaks. They don't know how to do a basic oil change right and it's their main business model.
