The staff on duty, especially Dalton, were very nice to me and informative regarding the work that was being done and could be done. Took good care of my car and was relatively fair in terms of pricing.

Went in for an oil change and got a masterclass on team work, communication and leadership. You don't see this everyday. The way Daulton and his crew communicate, execute and manage to be polite, professional and quick in the process was impressive to witness. Might switch to Valvoline if all shops are like this one.
