Excellent service and communication from Brian and Victor. I have visited many different Valvoline locations in this one in Peabody MA is by far the best.
I usually love Valvoline but today my boyfriend took my car for an oil change. Typically they will Check all the fluids. On my invoice I received, it says they added windshield wiper fluid, when I got my car back, they surely did not add any windshield wiper fluid. Dry as a bone. Seems pretty lazy & to put in the invoice that they added the fluid really just annoys me even more. Wont be returning or recommending this location ever.
