Great service - quickest oil change ever
My experience from start to finish was excellent. I called ahead to make sure they offer a specific oil my vehicle needs. The front desk receptionist not only confirmed but also went out to the bay and made certain they were stocked. When I pulled into the bay, Preston did a great job during service. Once the service was completed both he and the assistant manager made sure my service engine light was reset, which surprising is unnecessarily complex with my vehicle. Kudos to this staff. Total professionals.
Everything was great except they do not drain the oil from the drain plug. They suck the oil out which leaves a half of a quart of old oil in the oil pan ! This is bad ! I won't be back !
