Went at lunchtime, wasn't too busy. Got right in. I think start to finish was 20 mins. Service team was super throrough and friendly as well! Appreciate this option in our smaller community. I have a 2023 Nissan Altima, they were unwilling to change the cabin air filter. This was due to lack of experience, training, and skill regarding the filter location. Pretty inconvenient that I take my car in for simple maintenance and end up doing it myself. probably just change the oil myself or find a different shop. Also, My cvt is sealed, where did they get the fluid for their little cue tip demonstration? Did they crack it and scrape it off the bolt head? I actually really hope not.
