Andre the manager on site, and the techs Kirby and Eric did a phenomenal job! Fast, efficient, and informative. It was my first time and I felt I had a better understanding on the process and what they were doing. They actually made this an enjoyable experience and I was in and out in 10 minutes

Needed an oil change and after horrible experience at not so “Friendly” Ford I decided on Valvoline in Schaumburg. Great service and love when something needs to be fixed they do it in front of you so you see the actual product. Oil change and air filter changed for under 90.00.
