The maintenance crew are very professional and friendly. They take pride in their work. Always explain what services you do or don't need. They actually care about customer satisfaction. And they go over Beyond doing a great job.
Within 20 minute had an oil change and emissions test done
I brought in my 2018 Ford Mustang ecoboost in to get an oil change on June 17th, 2025. The tech did not drain the old oil out of my car and overfilled my oil by adding oil into the vehicle. This led to over $4000 of damages. The oil leaked into my catalytic converter and fouled out my spark plugs. I put in a claim and to this day I have not been reimbursed for the damages they caused.
