Christian was extremely nice & very knowledgeable. He represented your company like a true professional. All other employees working that day were fantastic too, but were not within talking range because of the jobs they were doing.
This is my second visit to Valvoline. Both times have been so wonderful. I'm extremely hard of hearing and they always accommodate with ease and kindness. Thank you so much to both the Cranberry and Monaca locations for being so amazing!
Pulled dipstick IMMEDIATELY after we turned the car off and then told us we had no oil🤣🤣 of course you'll see no oil it's still on the walls of the engine🤦♂️ I would think they'd know better than that for an oil change place🥴 yikes...
These guys were great, had me in and out in fifteen minutes. Get a coupon online and save some money
