Stopped here on a roadtrip home from Boston and Shannon and Aaron did an AMAZING JOB! Shannon explained every step of the process and was very transparent about pricing. The whole process took ~15 mins and we never had to get out of the car. 10/10 recommend Valvoline and Shannon!
Staff was rude and seemed like they didn’t want to work. I asked for a tire rotation and the worker rolled his eyes and claimed that my jeep wrangler was too heavy to do this. I did not get the opportunity to get his name but he was the very heavy worker with the baggy clothes. I told the worker I was all set and was going to leave. The worker started yelling as I tried to drive away. There were no other customers in the shop at the time and it was clearly that the worker didn’t want to do any work.
