I wish that you would have a way to tip your employees. I was born in Mexico, when there was decency in the country (before the cartels). In those days, when anyone gave you good service, you gave them a tip. I can say 100 nice things here, but next to a 20 dollar tip (which is no longer taxable!) words are cheap. Service was great!
I love this place. I drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way to come to the Sun Prairie Valvoline. The staff there makes it worth it. They are thorough and kind and make the whole experience wonderful. I always tell people to go here! Kiegan (sorry if that is not spelled properly) is amazing too!
They guys were quick and professional and they were able to rotate my truck tires which most oil change places are not able to do.
They were so helpful, beyond knowledgeable, and I felt like I actually for once wasn’t getting screwed over when going in for a quick oil change. It was super refreshing to feel heard!
