They're super disrespectful to their employees. Screaming and yelling is apparently tolerated along with last minute changes to scheduling, literally the day before, with ZERO NOTICE TO ANYONE. Weekly. Literally every week. Get your vehicle serviced somewhere else that actually cares about their employees.
Some of the best experience I’ve had from a mechanic. Very friendly, honest and transparent. Went above and beyond to ensure we were in good hands. Thanks to Don for helping in the pouring rain!
Sun Prairie valvoline is fantastic. I've been there twice and will go back. Kaylah and her team seem happy and knowledgeable. And they are honest!!!
Honesty I’m just a girl :) I stopped in because I over filled my coolant and wanted to make sure it wasn’t causing harm to the engine. The guys and Heidi were great. The guys were out front attempting to dance with the signs so turned around to get my car checked out.
Amazon customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be returning.
