they put oil filter in wrong. oil leaked out. huge oil spill in my garage and in driveway. i had to wait until next day to have management come out to my house and i had to drive back to oil change center to get oil changed. manager never came back to clean oil spill at my house as promised. i lost a shift at work and wasted more time the next day to get this situation fixed. highly disappointed not only with the situation but also the way the corporate office handled the situation.
Very professional and friendly staff thank you for the great service.
I was charged without them checking if they had the correct oil and told me they will refund me in two days, i basically paid to wait… save your time and money go elsewhere…
