I am always a bit skeptical if I need certain services like a new air filter and some times feel like because I dont know anything about cars I might be taken advantage off but I had the complete opposite experience here not only did they tell me what they where doing in detail but also helped me decide whether I needed them or not
Way way way overpriced. Staff seems untrained.
Greeted quickly and they got right down to business. There was a female leading the crew whose name I don’t recall, but she was on top of stuff and Francesco handled my hood. He did a nice job showing my dipstick once the oil was changed and got my tire pressure on point. I was out in the uniform 15 minutes and whomever was in the pit did a good job of communication too. Nice job by all, it’s my place to go for a great, no hassle oil change with good follow-up and quality people and products. Thanks again!
