I had recently gotten an oil change at another Valvoline location, so I was confused (and a little stressed) when my oil light came on and my alert said I was at 0%. I knew I shouldn’t need another oil change so soon, so I stopped by the Marshfield, WI Valvoline just to have someone take a quick look and make sure everything was okay. They were very nice and quick did a great job.
I went in for a simple oil change and as they were doing all there checks they were telling me the conditions of each thing they were going over and I informed the store manager and the other employees that my vehicle was not in the best condition and sometime shaking while driving while they were under the vehicle they noticed one of my motor mounts broke and told me about it also pointed out 2 of my tires were chopped after I left the sense of relief and weight was lifted I will go out of my way to go to this valvoline the... read more
Dominic the manager of duty was great and everyone else that helped out!!
Very friendly people. They were excellent at telling you everything they were doing and what they did.they even made suggestions about transmission that I never thought about. They all worked very well as a team. It takes alot to impress me about anything, but they definitely met my expectations.
