Fast , professional service
Love getting my oil changed gets here. Everyone is always so nice. They’re never afraid to joke and laugh while they’re working. It’s a quick in and out, and while they do some upselling they’re never pushy. If you say no or next time, they just say ok and move on.
These guys have no problem bad mouthing other shops, telling customers things they did wrong with no proof. Bunch of teenagers who have no idea what they are doing bad mouthing actual technicians.
I had recently gotten an oil change at another Valvoline location, so I was confused (and a little stressed) when my oil light came on and my alert said I was at 0%. I knew I shouldn’t need another oil change so soon, so I stopped by the Marshfield, WI Valvoline just to have someone take a quick look and make sure everything was okay.
