UPDATE: REMAINS UNRESOLVED I was sent a generic email after submitting my claim stating I could send documentation to that email address. I went and had estimates done for the damage and submitted them. I received a generic email back stating my documents were received and a 800 number I could call for any questions. Went for an oil change and they were very quick. I'm a girl in my early twenties so usually automotives try and get extra money out of me but they didn't badger me about a bunch of stuff. simply asked if I wanted anything else checked or done and when I declined they accepted. I apologize as I don't remember the names of the people who worked on my car but they both were extremely polite and professional and did a great job. Will definitely be returning when needed. thank you!
