This was a great experience all around. The shop is very clean and Lee was fantastic taking care of my vehicle’s maintenance. Asked if the wipers are working well, changed the engine air filter and cabin air filter all within just a few minutes- this is the first shop that took the time to change the cabin filter- I am extremely grateful for that alone. Lee and the team here really show great customer service abilities and ensure expectations are met to satisfy customers. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on!
Didn’t put all the bolts and bushings back on that hold the factory skid plates on. It rattled terribly soon after leaving from getting an oil change. I crawled up under the truck and realized the front and middle skid plates were loose because they hadn’t bolted them back on. I didn’t go back because I don’t trust them to touch my truck again. I’ll have to order the missing bolts and bushings now. Will never be back and won’t bring any more of my family or work vehicles here again.
