Employees explained everything very thoroughly and gave me options for other treatment for my car other than just an oil change. They treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel very comfortable, which is something I rarely experience at other places. As a woman with little automotive knowledge, they answered all of my questions with great detail and patience and I give the customer service my highest rating.
I always choose to get my oil changed at Valvoline because of Lee and his incredible crew. Lee never fails to take great care of me and my family. He's always friendly, helpful, professional and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. It's hard to find customer service like that these days! I recommend Valvoline to all of my friends and family because I know they'll be in great hands with Lee and his team.
The staff is super friendly and informative. They let you know what they are doing on each step of the process. They also let you know if other things need to be checked that they are not equipped to do. I also like that there always coupons for oil changes and other items.
Great experience as was my first one about a year ago the guys that work there are delightful, incredibly polite very happy and thorough as I tell them this is the best physical my car ever gets. One thing that did bother me as they put on there for the next mileage check at 3000 miles and I do mine at 6000 so I should have known that before Make note of that in my booklet of car information but I would I don’t do it every 3000 miles I do it That’s it
