These people were absolutely horrible, they were very rude and they pulled my door open and hit my door against the metal that the computer sits on top of and dented my door and then I said, "hey, that's a brand new car" and went to pull my door back closed and they pulled it open again and hit it again and this time twice as hard, I was pissed cuz I drive a brand new very expensive car..

Ro was attentive, informative, and so helpful! My two experiences with Valvoline so far have been beyond my expectations. They’ve been so thorough and kind to me. I plan on coming back for any services they offer to help with. Hopefully we will see Ro again, he kept us laughing and hydrated while we waiting for the services to finish up!
