The staff at the Valvoline location on 4612 Veterans Memorial Blvd. Metairie, La. 70006 did a Piss Poor job. The service tech Jerne is the worst that I have ever seen or encountered. She had the audacity to try and argue with me when I pointed out the fact that she gave me (customer) the oil change reminder sticker to affix to my own windshield. I informed her that I should not have been the one to do it and that she should have taken the initiative and put it on the windshield herself. She made it known to me that since she... read more
