I came here for an oil change and told them I did not want my air filter checked when they asked because I wasn’t going to replace it there. They checked it anyway, and after putting it back, they apparently didn’t put it back together correctly. The next day my car started giving me a warning about the engine air filter, and I heard a weird whooshing sound when accelerating. This was my first time coming here and unfortunately I was dealing with a stressful phone call as I pulled in but was able to hang up. The older man out of the group working there got frustrated with me because he apparently told me to slightly turn my wheel, which I didn’t see as I was pulling forward. Well, I have been going to this location for a while now and have recently noticed some changes on operations. Which has been good. Today however, was the worst experience thus far. They were the last people to change my oil in my truck and so I went back for them to change it again.
