I have tried a lot of oil in my days and this was the first Valvoline that I have been to in Minot. I have to say, super pleased. When he showed me the dip stick and that oil was as clean as it was, I knew the guys knew what they were doing. And when I got home and tasted the oil for myself, that was all the proof I needed. The entire oil change was completed quickly, and I left confident that my vehicle had been well taken care of. Great customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and a hassle-free experience. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for future service!
NO!!! Worst experience of my life. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life. I’m hoping I don’t need a new car after their service.
