The place is decent, but it seems understaffed. I felt that some of the staff lacked the necessary knowledge and skills
My first time at Valvoline. These guys are the best. I have an automotive background and I love the way they work!!. Call and reply! Maaaan, I am blown away at what can be done in so little time. I learned today that my ass is old!!!
The technicians were great, efficient, and communicated everything I needed to know about my vehicle maintenance. They even wrote it in the notes for me to reference. I was not pressured to purchase additional goods/services, but they offered the product briefly and explained the benefit!!
People were pretty nice, but this was not as quick as advertised. I was told 15 mins but it took closer to an hour.
They tried to get me to pay for a oil leak just to admit I didn't have one that's crazy
