It was fine the normal. You get your oil changed and then they try to get you to do $800 more.
Nice people but man they do not know what they are doing. I just took my work truck there for an oil change and the guy started taking my light off to check my air filter. Put it all back together and couldn't shut the hood thought it was weird since my truck is a year old. I pulled over 1/4 mile down the street and saw my light was not reinstalled correctly. Unreal he could have broken my headlight slamming my hood shut. Manager needs to do some quality control and check over things this is totally unacceptable.

Went for a quick oil change a while ago and they forgot to put the dipstick back in properly… ended up leaking oil all over the alternator & killed the charging system. Place was at least decent when it was Jiffy, but would never go back to Valvoline with a car I care about. To top it off, their “express service” essentially starts working as soon as you come in and pricing is not transparent.
