Been there before for oil changes. Needed wiper blades. There was an issue with installing the rear wiper blade on my 2020 Equinox. My technician got help from another (older) technician. My technician apologized for the delay. I wasn't in a hurry, and the delay wasn't that long. Given that there was an issue with the rear wiper, I'm glad I went to Valvoline, where folks knew what they were doing. Staff was polite and friendly. They explained everything they had found wrong when they did the 18 point inspection.
I can’t remember names well but these guys are awesome, I’m specifically talking about the Perkins location in this instance but they’ve never let me down. Their professional sprinkled with a good sense of humor and casual conversation. They get there job done quick and efficiently, and they make sure to get the odds and ends checked out and taken care of. Highly recommend this location, they’re the best and I’m typically done and out of there in 15 minutes or so. Thanks !🙏
