Not good. Won't be returning any time soon. You guys performed the last 2 oil changes on my daughter's car 2002 camry. No one else has touched the engine. Now after her last recent visit she's missing her washer fluid cap and the air filter box will not lock. These are 2 of the things you check.
The technicians that handled the oil change for my vehicle were professional, informative and thorough. Each and every one of them deserves a raise.
