I had a coupon that expired one day before. The manager on duty did not honor it. He told the technician to give me up to $15 off my service, possibly. I only come to Valvoline because of the professionalism and expedited service. I spent over $80-$120 for an oil change, when I could have paid $50-$60 for the same quality oil and service elsewhere, simply because I was a loyal customer. I had such a great experience during my visit to Valvoline! Armonhie did my car inspection and was absolutely amazing-professional, friendly, and super efficient. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process quick and stress-free. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days! Thanks to Armonhie, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.
