Fast, friendly and good communication
I have been going to this location for years and I’ve never had a bad experience but yesterday was a wonderful experience thanks to Sammy and Josh. In all the years I’ve been going there no one has ever checked my lights, brake lights, tag lights, etc. So yesterday when Sammy did it, and discovered my left tag light was out, I was SO appreciative. I was told they’re supposed to do all these checks when you first get there. They were both so kind and professional and I appreciate them both very much.
Absolutely the best experience and lesson I have ever had! The consumer service was impeccable. The time management, knowledge, and the whole experience was easily the fastest and most efficient service I have ever received! Thank you!
