Not a good experience this time. The technician left my hood unlatched, and it popped up on the freeway had to pull over. could have been a lot worse........ reception was good and information flow back-and-forth was good. Prices are high.
Monte was helpful and kind throughout my visit. He took the time to explain what was needed for my oil change and cabin filter replacement, making sure I understood everything before moving forward. I really appreciated how patient and professional he was. It made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. The entire team was quick, efficient, and clearly worked well together. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance needs!
Zay and Moe, two professional gentlemen assisted me with my oil change tonight. I arrived minutes within the store closing but they treated me like the store had just opened up and I was the first customer of the day. I was shocked as Zay advised me about going to the App Store to download the Valvoline app and there’s a coupon section. I visited for an oil change and inspection. The technician estimated it would take about 30 minutes. While waiting, I noticed my car was taken out, but I was only told the inspection was complete and didn’t know about the oil change. The young man who let me know about the mix-up was very professional and apologetic. For me, professionalism and integrity are key to a successful business. They double charged me then said they systems down because of the wind and couldn’t give me a refund they did not even put oil in my car
