I went to Valvoline today to get the transmissiion fluid change. Otarius was great and super friendly. Kudos to the entire team. They all did a great job.
I had a great experience with Johnathan at the Valvoline in Northlake. He was extremely professional, polite, and thorough. He took the time to check everything on my car, from the lights to the wipers, and made sure I understood each step of the service. Excellent customer care and attention to detail. Highly recommend.
I’ve witnessed this behavior firsthand while getting my service done at this Valvoline. The manager, OT, is extremely rude in the way he talks to his employees. A lot of great workers have quit because of his attitude and lack of professionalism. He doesn’t know how to communicate respectfully or motivate his team. For someone in a management position, people skills are essential — something he clearly needs to work on. Valvoline has lost good employees because of this.
WOW....where do I start. When I arrived the guy otarius was very polite and welcoming...he explained everything that was going on with my service. He was very patient with me because I was nervous about going to Valvoline but after today's service I am satisfied and will be returning to Valvoline so, if you want FANTASTIC, POLITE AND COURTEOUS SERVICE come to this Valvoline and ask for otarius he will take great care of you.
I always come to this location to get my oil changed and the team always does a great job. This morning I came in to see if they can help me in removing the skid plate from my car that was hanging and Otarius was extremely helpful and always gives great customer service.
