I brought my 2017 Ford Fusion in for an oil change at the Valvoline location on 31st and Halsted in Chicago. Shortly after the service, the engine locked up within a day. I filed a claim with Valvoline corporate and am currently waiting for the issue to be resolved. I’m extremely disappointed and hope the company takes responsibility for what happened.
