2 months ago, I tried to see if I could get an inspection but I get the “Machine is down” excuse. Sure enough I come today, guess what “machine” is down again. A couple of my neighbors also have not had luck with inspections being the “machine is down” excuse. Just stop posting that you have state inspection if you can’t schedule your inspection team member correctly or you don’t have enough coverage. 8a-7p is what I’m told over the phone when they have inspections. Going to take my business elsewhere I suppose.
Had an oil change done. The customer service was great and the time spent to change the oil was quick. John, the Manager was excellent and made sure everything was done correctly and it was great talking with him. I will certainly spread the word on how well it went and I will be coming back to them.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Doesn’t matter if I’m getting an oil change or an emissions check, they’re friendly, polite and efficient. I highly recommend valvoline for your automotive needs. They also regularly have oil change coupons available online and they’re happy to accept them with no issues.
I had an excellent experience with A.J . He was helpful and helped me get a good discount for oil change and wipers. This place really care for there customers and does t scam you like most places. I recommend this over a place in town.
