Nice. Polite. Knowledgeable. - Understaffed. No sense of urgency. With kids in the car- took nearly and hour and a half for and oil change and transmission fluid change. Arrived early morning. Corporate needs to allow for more hours and more people. Other than an oil change, unfortunately I will be taking my cars to the dealership. To be in the AC with kids is worth the premium charge.

Didn’t like the wait time but considering it was a Saturday and at the time there were only about four people working I can over look it. The manager that was on duty was very sweet and helpful. I will continue to keep coming to this location as long as I live nearby.
