As other people stated; DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!!! My engine failed and they are refusing to take responsibility for the damage they have caused. At the inspection it says “ Vehicle was knocking when pulled in, Lower end rod knock. Metal Filings in oil. Vehicle needs new engine assembly” How does something like this happen not even two weeks after getting an oil change? Places like this need to be shut down and investigated IMMEDIATELY!
