They was very helpful and nice. I will take my car back.
From the moment I drove in I was presented with nothing but professionalism from my service advisors: Robert and James. They explained what they were doing and why. They were personable which made me feel comfortable and I appreciated that.
It was quick, they didn't try to sell me extra stuff (they had already done it on a previous visit), and just got it done. I'm highly appreciative.
I’m almost sure that they didn’t change my oil filter on this visit. Every other time I here and feel the tech removing the skid plate to get to the filter but nothing on this visit
