Better communication. When I arrived there were no other vehicles being serviced. Ten minutes later a couple more vehicles arrived. I sat in my vehicle for 10-15 mins while nothing was happening and no one gave a reason for the delay. When I asked a Tech what was going on, he said nothing we're good we're going to take care of you right now. It's okay to let people know if your short staffed or something broke down and it's being worked on or whatever the case maybe. Just don't leave them sitting there.
