I had a great experience here as I was traveling from Nashville to Birmingham. Preston was very friendly, thorough and prompt with his work. He showed great leadership to those who appeared to be learning and in training. The price was fair and service was timely.
Under the FAQ for this store it says "No appointment is necessary for any of our services at Valvoline Instant Oil Change Athens, just stop by!" When you stop by, they tell you there are a dozen cars ahead of you and ask what day you'd like to come back. Hmm.
The staff did a good job making one feel like they cared about what they were doing.
Junior was very helpful and answered all my questions and Preston was efficient and didn’t try to oversell me a new filter when he saw mine was in good condition. Excellent service from both of them!
