Really staff are nice guys and do a good job but the window sticker they give you tells you to change your oil again in 3,000 miles, which is crazy. Most manufacturers recommend 7,500-15,000 miles between oil changes, I do 5,000 which is cautious. Valvoline is clearly trying to get people to change their oil needlessly to boost sales. The same window sticker says “experts you can trust.” Nope.

Everybody was very nice when I pulled in. The garage was impeccably clean, especially for an oil change company. I went to another Valvoline before picking this one because I was in the area but I waited 40 minutes instead of 10 to 15 minutes like they said. I asked the lady if she could help me back out because I didn’t want to wait any longer. Had my transmission fluid, coolant and oil changed. Everyone was very helpful and kind, especially Mike who did an excellent job and treated me very well. I’ll definitely return for my next service
