Got charged some temporary service charge. Explanation was complete BS about management wanting to offset fluctuating oil cost. I’ve been a long time customer I’m not going back. This fee should’ve been advised before the oil was changed. Not happy. Also, only one employee down in the bay. The oil changed took three times as long as normal they were stuck doing some diesel in the bay next-door Bay.
Quick but not reliable..use caution. Not only does this company have a civil lawsuit out for putting the wrong oil in a car, when I took my car to them instead of using Torque Seal or Tamper Seal when changing my oil, the guy used chewing gum. The company I typically take my car to found it, and did their best to scrape it off. When I contacted the company about the issue, they could care less and basically brushed me off.
