I had a great experience with Malik at Valvoline. The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish. Malik walked me through everything that was needed, explained clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service. I also noticed the great communication between Malik and his team members David and Anthony. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to add on anything beyond the oil change I came in for. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be back!
