Waited over an hour. I was right at the bay door & was told to back up so this person could get waited on but they did not give me the same courtesy. People who were there about 15-20 minutes got served but not me. Had to continue to wait.
I wasn't at your location. Or any Valvoline location. You haven't updated your records, so the person who bought my car and drove to your location is still logged in under my address and email. You emailed me that person's receipt which had a credit card number attached. In this day of the availability of data through the dark web and hacking, you've exposed that person and me - if you gave him/her a receipt, it's got MY address on it.
