Everyone was super helpful and very kind. It was my first time and they explained the process thoroughly. I definitely recommend!
Very friendly team. The 1 star is because they screwed up the engine air filter change. Instead of pulling off the entire cover and clipping the filter in correctly, they tried slipping it in - it broke the clip on the filter. This meant the filter was displaced. It caused the mass flow sensor to malfunction. I had to take it to my regular mechanic to fix it.
