Fast friendly service and $25 off coupon for full synthetic oil change. Was done in about 10-15 minutes. I spent about $100 for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma SR5 oil change (6 quarts of oil). Also, all fluids topped off.
8/2 I went and got an oil change. 8/23 my skid plate was dragging on the road. found out it had been cut and the 4th mounting point was cut off. 8/25 called vavoline customer service, provided images and explained of what happened - would review footage and get back with me within two days. 8/28 called back asking for an update, told that the footage showed them replacing all 4 screws into the plate under vehicle and they don’t have tools to cut it. so now I’m irritated that they are not telling the truth, what did someone c... read more
