I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Before the work began, the technicians specifically advised that they could not rotate the tires without the key for the locking lug nuts. I immediately provided the key. Approximately 30 minutes later, I was informed that the locking lug nut key had broken while they were attempting to remove the wheels.
