I took my Audi Q5 2023 to Valvoline Waxhaw on March 19th for a simple oil change, and it has turned into a costly and extremely frustrating experience. During check-in, the technician struggled to open the coolant cap, and I saw the internal spring fly off. Despite that, he proceeded to refill and close it. Another technician then attempted the oil change but could not remove the existing oil filter.
