Managers and techs were extremely courteous and professional. Needed transmission fluid change and explained to me exactly what they were doing and got it completed along with full service. Was also done very quickly.
Everything was satisfactory but I will rarely give a 5 star Nothing they did was wrong and I will now return there instead of the other store franchise I went to in Charleston, SC

Chris was amazing. He immediately started on the foot of honesty when I took my GMC to Valvoline in Waxhaw when it started burning a lot of oil. He walked me through what I should do next and what cars he would recommend to me as someone who genuinely loves cars and what he does. Highly recommend all the guys at this particular Valvoline Chris just was the one who took my situation in his own hands. Love the initiative and the truthfulness on his part.
Went in for an oil change and the Valvoline workers were quick and efficient! Gavin was great and answered all my questions. He was very helpful! Definitely recommend and will be returning!
