Not really sure but they really suck it estimates then they tell you much lower waiting time so you're stuck in between cars and then have to basically barter your way out in order to try and at least get out so that you can actually do the things that you intended just don't lie about the wait time Chris (manager). Don't lie
I use Valvoline because they’re fast and good. They help me out with oil changes, tires rotation, and even inspections and it’s always in and out and good service with friendly employees.
