Fast and courteous but noticed my glove box was bent out of place from trying to change cabin filter. The guy said the filter had some kind of clip preventing him from removing it so he couldn't change it out. It's a 2017 Ford Explorer. I didn't notice the glove box bent until my wife pointed out the following week when I took her out.
This is now my new Valvoline technicians at this. Valvoline are awesome, informative, professional and what more can you expect out of an oil change it was a pleasure. Can’t wait to come back from my next service.
