Valvoline DOES NOT CARE about their customers. I’ve been a customer most of my life and they neglected to verbally inform me that my car had a severe engine oil leak which resulted in my car breaking down while driving out of town for vacation, mind you, I informed them that I was going on a trip and they told me everything looked good and was all set. Much quicker service in this visit. I appreciated the updates by the technicians.
Luis the manager was amazing. I had my 10 month old baby in the back seat and had to tend to her while they changed my oil and my battery. He accommodated me, was understanding and efficient . 10/10 service . Would definitely return!!
Brought my husband’s ranch truck in for an oil change - it was tight lining up the tires with the bay and the manager Mason was kind enough and do it for me. Greatly appreciated!!
