Fantastic, fast service. My car is still under warranty so I normally take it to the dealership, but they take at least a half day. I have to go out of town urgently and need an oil change; these guys had me in and out in about 10 minutes. Amazing!!
I was told my headlight was out, my headlight was in fact not out and when told I had a tailight that was out staff said they could not change it for me because “Nobody knew how to”… all it took was a 2 minute youtube video for me to change it under 1 minute and I know nothing about cars except mine. I even had the bulb with me.
I called the day prior to get the price, which was under quoted by over $20. There wasn’t a line to get in, yet it still took over 30 minutes even though they told me it would be 15. I paid for the 5,000 mile oil, yet they gave me a sticker for my window that states service again in 3,000. I’m let down at every level here.
