Great experience, however ... most of the staff don't understand how groupon works. If you have a groupon, be prepared ro explain it.

Amazing work I really love the atmosphere. I was in and out in no time definitely would recommend my tech really helped me out and I definitely will be coming back to this Valvoline for my next oil change .
I don't always try to give bad reviews but people must pay attention to this! Service was ok. But it's not even the service I always try to figure out if I got a discount why is it so expensive or $10 more than it should be and I finally looked at my receipt.. my car 2024 Hyundai Tucson takes 6.1 quarts of oil and they went on and added a fee for more oil. I'm assuming the offset the coupon. Sounds like they're trying to pocket extra money Keep an eye on your receipts this is shady practice.
Normally I’ve had a good experience here, but not last time. Went in for inspection and they failed me for my wiper blades. They wanted to charge me $30 per blade so I could pass. My wipers were fine, but I had no choice. Went to Advance and replaced my wipers for $14 each instead. Lost my trust and future business. Interestingly this is the only visit I’ve had here where they didn’t send me an email survey. Coincidence? Or intentional since I called them on their dishonesty?
