Barry and his team at Valvoline were very kind and swift to getting my needs met for my oil change. I never felt apprehensive about the service they were completing because they kept me informed the entire process from the oil they would be using to the process of checking out/pricing. I will definitely be visiting again.
I have had a few oil changes at this location over the last year, and recently had NC inspections done on two cars. The last time I went it was VERY busy, but everyone at this location is super friendly and helpful. The place seems well organized and well run, and the employees always seem to have a great attitude every time I go.
The experience is always pleasant, fast, and professional.
i have been a valvoline customer since my first car and as a young woman i have never had better customer service than the one on rozzelles ferry! sean was particularly helpful and nice this time but i am always greeted fast and respectfully! i never feel pressured to purchase anything but am always informed on the condition of items in my car. i was able to get my cabin filter, windshield wipers and oil change all in one visit! i was in and out and the price is always college student friendly. extremely grateful for this va... read more
