All the workers were very attentive and did a great job on my car. I’m not car savvy at all, and they explained everything so that I understood it. I was able to use a deal as well as the promotion they currently have going on until the end of October. They were all in good spirits, even though it was very busy for a Thursday evening. When I went there were 3 cars ahead of me and 4 cars behind me by the time I left and my service took about 2 1/2 hours total.
Hector and his entire team this morning were so helpful and informative and took great care of my car with over 260k miles on it! I highly recommend this Valvoline!
In & out experience was good. Explained the process well
Fast and friendly. Done in 15 minutes without leaving my car.
Everyone at this Valvoline and Des Plaines is wonderful. They’re always really helpful. Thank you Manuel, Jeremiah, Jaden, and everyone that always helps.
