DO NOT GO to this shop Manuel is the new manager and when they mess something up they dont take responsibility. They have a bunch of new people who offer services they cant perform. Avoid this place for your own peace of mind.
I have used this location before and really like it. The staff is always super professional. I like that there is no high pressure sale but there is a review of the systems that the mechanics have checked so I know what I need to do in the future, and I will use Valvoline for those services. I think the pricing is very good and I also was able to use a discount coupon for $10.
These guys are jokers overfilled the oil by over a quart and performed a fuel injection service that caused the engine to run super rough. 3 weeks later brought back to the shop and was told not much they could really do because the universal tool doesn't work for my specific vehicle. Melvin told me to get the vehicles fuel injector service fixed. It should have been simple. Subaru redid the exact same service I had a month prior and got it back perfect. Great service. In and out in 10 minutes for my oil change. Offered recommend services but not pushy.
It was quick and convenient. The mechanics were friendly and honest. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to replace and buy things that weren't necessary. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be a returning customer!
