I visited your business for the first time to get an oil change. I did get one. Unsatisfied by a remark one of your employees made to another employee about me. It was in Spanish, but I understood. Being the only female around, I found his remark demeaning, juvenile, and out of context. I am a customer and I feel this man should never say this to anybody again. The word he choose was "Gorda".
