Fast friendly service helped us replace a battery that was going to put and the oil change needed it. They smiled. They were happy to help. Easy to get along with
I was in and out. The Person that directed you into the bay was nice. The person who serviced my car was even nicer. Just a great experience. It was a bunch of playing and everyone yelling it was quiet and professional. There was one guy complaining about being tired but I rolled my windows up so I couldn't hear him anymore but other than that great experience
August 18, 2025 The Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Laclede can be a very busy location because the staff here do such an outstanding job. We came to have our oil changed and was very pleased. The staff were all friendly and courteous. They were helpful to inform of car issues without trying to push maintenance work. They also were very efficient at the work they did and seemed to work great together as a team. Thankful for this crew and the work they do!
