Great customer service
I recently visited Valvoline for an oil and filter change, bringing my own oil and filter as I always do. To my surprise, what used to cost 39 now jumped to 74—a sudden 90% increase in just three months. This kind of abrupt price hike feels unreasonable and lacks transparency, especially for a basic labor service when the customer supplies the materials. Bad service
I normally don’t write reviews, but after multiple experiences at this Valvoline location, I feel compelled to speak up. The biggest issue here is the manager, AMANDA. She is consistently rude, unprofessional, and seems to go out of her way to make both customers and employees uncomfortable.
