UPDATE: April 1, 2024, I forgot to use my coupon until the end. When I told the guy/cashier, all he said was, "Oops". I was still in my car and in the bay. He never let me use my coupon. The service techs were nice. I assume I got good service. The problem I had is once I was in line and stuck and couldn't get out. I had to wait over an hour and a half to get an oil change. I think that is unacceptable.
I decided to get oil changed on my Tucson SUV at a local Valvoline dealer rather than at the local Hyundai dealership because I only needed an oil change for my car and might have a very long wait at the dealership or even have to leave my car overnight before it would be serviced. In addition, I had a $15 off coupon from Valvoline from its web site. When I visited the local Valvoline facility, three cars were in line ahead of me.
