I wanted the hybrid oil change which was $61.99. I had a $20 off coupon and the total charge came to $66.96(which I didn’t notice until I got back home; never received a receipt).Seems like I got charged for the $81.99 full synthetic oil.

I always trust Valvoline to use the best quality oil for my car. On my last visit, I received very kind and professional service. The technician kindly checked the condition of my wipers and inspected the AC filter. He explained each step with great courtesy and care. I really appreciate their attention to detail and customer service. Highly recommended!
The people working in the south Florida store I go to are sweating to death with a few fans and uniforms made of heavy cotton instead of moisture wicking light weight material. Stop torturing you employees!!
