The team did check all my fluids and tire pressures. However unfortunately this location was out of stock of my oil filter. The manager did mention he would give me a discount on return due to the inconvenience. Totally understand and they were upfront about the filter right away.
15 minutes.... yeah right I had 2 cars in front of me and it took them 45 minutes a car. Then finally when they got to me I sat in my truck for over an hour waiting for them to finish. Will not be coming back.
Was one of the quickest and less pushy salesforce at a Valvoline that I’ve ever dealt with. They got right to the point and did not try to up sell me on anything which is greatly appreciated.
