Great location. The staff was nice and explained what they were doing. Staff also suggested services that were milage based suggestions. There was no pressure to do them. There are always coupons online. Once you are a customer you will get coupons in the mail or via text.

On Veterans Day, I visited Valvoline to get an oil change for my 2022 Volkswagen Atlas SEL R-Line Premium. Before any work began, I clearly and specifically instructed the technicians not to top off or add any coolant. My vehicle requires G12 Evo or G13 coolant, which is a Volkswagen-specific formula and cannot be mixed with universal or blue coolants without risking contamination.
