Been to this location a few times. Andrew was awesome! Amazing customer service and made the oil change process super simple and efficient!
The agents were so courteous; they were on top of the actions, making sure I was comfortable and served properly; they were so polite in greeting and rendering a world-class rated customer service; they make me feel so special when I get there to get my car worked on.
This Valvoline is the best quick oil change place I've ever been to. They had a bunch of people working, so was like a stop with a Nascar pit crew. Quick, courteous, knowledgeable, what more could you ask for in an oil change.
Put my engine air filter in backwards and only screwed down half the casing. Caused my check engine light to go on and mass air flow sensor issue. These are peoples expensive cars , how can you be so negligent and careless? $100 for the oil change too. Never again.
Terry and the staff are wonderful! Very helpful and always willing to go over and beyond to assist the customers. Always a pleasure!
