The customer service was great but when I got home my car started to leak oil and when I call the number on the invoice I was told to take it back to the same place. I told him that was 45 mins away and needed a closer place to take it. He suggested I take it to the one closest to me. When I told him that it had leaked and started running from under the car he pretty much made me fill like it was nothing and this when he told me to take it back the next day which was on a Sunday I told him this was going to mess up my church... read more
I love this place. They are so friendly and thorough, and they aren't jerks if you decline a service. They also offer a military discount (I believe it's 15%) and send out coupons regularly. They are fun to chat with while getting the car serviced as well, and I will definitely keep coming back here. Highly recommend.
Had oil change done today. Caleb was the attendant and such a thoughtful and wonderful young man, will definitely be back.
When your going to get a oil change, go somewhere that specializes in such thing like Valvoline. You conviently get to stay in your car the entire time and they'll have in done 15 minutes tops!-
