Went for a simple oil change (so I thought). Been there before and it was easy. Now they wanted to do an 18 point inspection before they would do my oil change. I didn't go there for all your points of inspection, I just wanted an oil change. The guy told me it was company policy, but they didn't do that the first time I went there. As long as I had to wait in line, they could have had the people waling around doing nothing to do the 18 point inspection while I waited for the other vehicle in front of me.
