Getting better. Was terrible for awhile, but it depends what time you go and what staff is available. Some are good, some are okay.
I visited many oil change places before finally arriving to this place. The folks at this location know what they are doing!!! Arik & Will were more than helpful!! Not only did they have the part to take off my oil filter (VolvoXC90) but they got me in and out in less than 15-20 min. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. VERY HAPPY!!
This is by far the best oil change place I’ve ever been to. The Manager, Will, and his entire team are super friendly, engaging and make me feel comfortable bringing my car to them for service. While resetting my oil light, we noticed my back tire was WAY over inflated from a recent flat repair and his guys had it fixed immediately. He (Will) also noticed I had an empty soda can and some trash in my cup holder and asked if he could throw it away for me. Waited in line for an inspection for 15 mins was not greeted by anyone, watch at least 3 employees just chatting it up with each other instead of greeting me, second bay was empty car behind me only to then see that there’s a sign saying no inspector present. Went elsewhere and won’t be back.
