Had a real good experience at this location. Alex did a beyond thorough job, he made sure my car left better than when I came in for my oil change. Including with him checking an air filter in my car that hasn't been checked in my 7 years of getting my oil changed by this company. He even installed it for me! Great customer service!
Had some trouble changing my oil, these guys helped me out with excellent customer service.
Employees were pleasant and seemed to be doing an efficient and thorough job. However, when everything was done and the tech went to shut my hood I briefly saw something sticking up in the engine bay. The tech had to put pressure on the hood to close it, which is not normal. He waved me forward to pull out and I told him I think you forgot to put something back on. He said no I got everything. Whatever, so I left.
