Stopped by on a Saturday and waited in line behind 1 vehicle. was told it would be 5 minutes but after 20 minutes I backed out and got service at Tire Express getting full synthetic Oil Change and new cabin air filter
My son in law went in for an oil change, ended up pay $330, the pulled out his cabin air filter shredding it & said he needed a new one, said they changed his transfer case oil, neither of the plugs look like they were pulled & surprisingly they got oil everywhere, but not a drop of fluid anywhere from the transfer case. The only thing he asked for was an oil change, the did the other without asking & way overcharged for everything that was done. A bunch of scammers it seems like...
The Midlothian store location is COMPLETELY lacking customer service skills. They were very matter-of-fact, impatient, unwilling to help, didn't greet, ordered customers around, we're arguing amongst themselves in front of customers, you name it. I was completely shocked. I've never experienced this type of "service."
Josh and the crew are quick, organized, helpful and very professional.
This place is fantastic. The manager, Josh, runs a tight ship, ensuring you get in and out with what you need. The techs are knowledgeable and courteous and I didn't feel upsold or pressured. I had a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation done in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely return for more service!
